The Nco Group

During the year we were in training a select few were chosen to serve as Apprentice Nco's for the period we were the Senior entry, the criteria for selection was based on general performance in the months previous, the standards of kit and drill work or in my particular case, extreme good looks and modesty.

The ability to shout incomprehensible phrases at the top of your voice also helped greatly ie.. Eaft Eaft Eaftwite Eaft (try it it works)
